A few things I’ve done
On St George’s Place in front of the magnificent St George’s Hall are two superb statues both sculpured by renowned equestrian sculptor Thomas Thornycroft, one to Prince Albert and this one to Queen Victoria.

Liverpool’s most famous street not only houses the Cavern Club but numerous references and connections to the “four lads who shook the world” and Liverpool’s long musical heritage. There’s shopping, bars and pubs, and come summer weekends the street is packed with partying locals and tourists.

Visually, nothing defines the city more than the Royal Liver and accompanying Cunard and Port of Liverpool buildings by Pier Head. Without a shadow of a doubt one of the most beautiful streets in Liverpool is Castle Street. One of the oldest streets in Liverpool, each side of the street which is now pedestrianised is lined with all manner of former bank and commerce buildings with many dating from the Victorian period.
